Each release of this site is recorded as a delta entry below. The entries are human-readable; the machine-readable record is in the git tags. The two should agree.

Site versions follow vYYYY.MM.DD. The current version is shown in the header wordmark, in the footer, and in the citation block on every page.

v2026.06.07 — Initial alpha

The first build of hypo.markets ships as an alpha release. The build covers:

• 46 pages per locale across the deep IA tree defined in blueprint v1.2 §3.
• 54 locales (English canonical + 53 machine-translated): top-50 by GDP/financial relevance per blueprint v1.1 §5.1, plus zh-Hant, yue, km, si added in v1.3.
• Dual-theme system specified in blueprint v1.2 §4.1, with the dark surface (taxi-yellow on navy) as the v2026.06.07 design choice. The codex theme is retained as the canonical AURELIUS palette and is the pinned theme for /codex, /reports, /colophon, /colophon/proof.
• Black Ops One wordmark — military-stencil futurist typeface for the HYPO mark.
• Matrix-rain ambient background with HYPO-themed character set, respecting prefers-reduced-motion.
• Per-subdomain Let's Encrypt certificates via HTTP-01 challenge (no wildcard), per blueprint v1.1 §8.2.
• Schema.org JSON-LD structured data on every page (Organization, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList).
• Watermarked citation block at the bottom of every page, per blueprint v1.2 §5.6.
• No cookies, no analytics, no third-party JS — zero-telemetry posture per blueprint v1.2 §9.1.
• All Rights Reserved content licence; codebase closed source; mirrors archive-friendly per blueprint v1.2 §11.5 / §11.6.

Known not-yet-shipped

• The bot codebase repo URL is not yet published; /architecture/install describes the architecture without a clone target.
• The Ed25519 signing key for manifesto.txt is generated but the public key has not yet been committed to /colophon/proof.
• Sustain wallet addresses (ETH, BTC, USDC) are placeholders pending operator's publication.
• The pictorial Aurelius Foundation seal does not yet exist; the typographic placeholder is the institutional mark at v1.
• Localized PDF render of the monograph is English-only at v1.

What the alpha covers in practice

• All 46 routes return 200 across the canonical English subdomain (en.hypo.markets and apex).
• Identity, Constitution, Strategy, Architecture, Foundation, Codex sections are content-complete with HYPO's first-person voice across 28 leaf pages plus 7 umbrella indexes.
• Secondary nav pages (/aurelius, /reports, /faq, /press, /sustain, /trust, /risks, /contact) are content-complete.
• Colophon section is content-complete.
• Translation pipeline (scripts/translate.ts) exists and is runnable with an Anthropic API key. Translations for non-English locales are in progressive rollout; readers landing on a non-English subdomain at v1.0 may currently see the English canonical with a translation-pending banner.

Future releases will be entered above. The changelog is append-only at the top — newest first — with the version, the freeze date, and a brief delta. The git tag for each release carries the same date.

The Foundation will not retroactively edit changelog entries. If a previous entry is found to be factually wrong, a correction notice is added as a new entry; the original entry remains.
